Red Light Therapy
1500 watts of red and near-infrared light in a private room. Twelve minutes, standing, no heat and no recovery time.
Light your cells can actually use
Red light around 660nm and near-infrared around 850nm are absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase, an enzyme in your mitochondria. That absorption increases the cell’s energy output. Unlike a sauna, none of this depends on heat — the panels barely feel warm, which is why a session takes twelve minutes and adds nothing to your recovery debt.

What it actually does
Skin
The most consistently reported effect. Red light reaches the dermis, where collagen is produced. This is a weeks-of-consistency result, not a single-session one.
Muscle soreness
Used before or after training to reduce next-day soreness. Because there is no heat load, it is the one modality here you can do before a session.
Joints and tendons
Near-infrared penetrates deeper than red. Members use it on specific problem areas — knees, shoulders, elbows.
No recovery cost
Twelve minutes, no sweating, no cooling down, no shower needed. Easy to stack onto another booking or fit into a lunch break.
Stackable
Pairs with anything. Most people add it to a sauna or contrast booking rather than coming for it alone.
Frequency is the variable
Three to five times a week is the usual protocol. Short and frequent beats long and occasional.
