The reasons our customers come back
Muscle recovery
Less soreness between sessions, so your workouts stay on track.
Preventative health
Heat, cold and light used consistently — maintenance, not repair.
Mental recovery
An opportunity to put the phone down, with nothing to do but breathe.
Community
Staff and members who take recovery as seriously as training.

“RVIVL is hands down the best. The sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy setup is amazing, the people are great, and I leave feeling incredible every time.”
“Incredible experience and amenities. The place is extremely clean, comfortable, the equipment is brand new and top of the line, and the staff is super nice. No better place to recover after training hard.”
