The $59 intro
An hour in a private suite with an infrared sauna and a cold plunge, plus a red light session on the house. Run the full contrast protocol, or stay in the heat — the suite is yours either way. New guests only.

The suite for an hour, plus red light
Private suite
Infrared sauna, cold plunge and shower, yours for the hour. Alternate between them, or skip the plunge entirely.
Red Light Therapy
A full-body session on the 1500W panels, included with the intro. Normally $42.
Heat only is fine
Not sold on cold water yet? An hour of infrared sauna is a complete session on its own. The plunge is there if you change your mind.
Thirty minutes buys you one round. An hour is what contrast actually asks for: heat 12–15 minutes until you are warm through, cold 2–3 minutes at 42–48°F, then repeat twice. The second and third cycles are where most people stop bracing and start enjoying it. If you stay in the sauna the whole time, an hour is simply a proper session.

The suite is where most memberships start. Heat opens things up, cold shuts them back down, and the swing between them is the point — but the sauna alone is reason enough for plenty of members. An hour is long enough to find out which one you are.
